on a hill facing north or out to sea. or anywhere high like on the side of a tall building. it does of course depending how much power u wanna get from it and how much ur willing to spend. if its for home use just tack it on to the side of ur hose. if its for commercial use-out to sea or on top of a hill

Very windy places are best. Look for places which have above average consumption of baked beans or lentils. Old folks’ homes are usually a good bet for windy city.

I would suggest locating wind turbines on out of service off shore oil platforms.

Desserts come to mind. There are several in the area where I live in the Palm dale, CA; Lancaster CA area. Some mountain passes are excellent; they act as a wind funnel. They can also be of great use along the coast. Although I think Europe uses these ocean site a bit more than we do. I predict that in the future homes in these areas will come with small roof top units. They could supply such things as the yard light, hot water recirculation pump or our entertainment centers during heavy use.
